Cvent and Splash handle event logistics. ZSavvy handles the full executive engagement program lifecycle, from nomination and two-tier approval governance through post-event NPS, ROI attribution, and AI-generated board reporting. Cvent has no AE dashboard, no scoring engine, no approval probability predictions, and no MAP. ZSavvy has all of it.

No. ZSavvy can operate as an overlay on your existing Marketo or HubSpot. The Engagement Studio, nomination workflows, and intelligence dashboards all integrate with your existing MAP. If you want to consolidate onto one platform, ZSavvy's full MAP can replace Marketo but it is not required.

After each event or program cycle, ZSavvy's AI narrative engine analyses attendance, pipeline influence, NPS scores, and ROI attribution data and generates a board-ready narrative summary. Output is formatted for a board slide or executive summary document, the kind of analysis that previously required a marketing analyst spending two days in a spreadsheet.

The composite scoring engine assigns scores to nominated accounts based on configurable factors: account tier, territory priority, engagement history, pipeline stage, and strategic value indicators you define. The approval probability model uses historical approval patterns to predict whether a nomination will be approved, helping program managers prioritise their review queue.

No self-serve trial access is by application. The platform requires configuration against your CRM, MAP, and territory model to deliver value. A 14-day self-serve trial of an unconfigured enterprise platform tells you nothing. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from onboarding completion.

A named ZSavvy engineer who handles CRM integration configuration, territory and scoring model setup, dashboard configuration for your AE and CMO teams, whitelabel branding, and initial workflow architecture. This person has personally run enterprise executive engagement programs, not a SaaS customer success manager.

ZSavvy is priced per organisation per year, not per seat, not per event. Professional includes up to 10 users and 50 events per year. Enterprise includes up to 50 users and unlimited events. Enterprise+ is custom. No surprise usage bills mid-year.

If the platform does not deliver on what was discussed and agreed in your onboarding call within 30 days of onboarding completion, we issue a full refund. This applies to Professional and Enterprise plans. Enterprise+ satisfaction terms are defined in the custom SLA contract.
