Depends on instance complexity and scope. A focused audit of a mid-size Marketo instance is typically 2–3 weeks. A full re-architecture with CRM re-sync and lead lifecycle redesign is typically 6–12 weeks. We scope based on your specific situation before committing to a timeline.
The default is a structured handover. We build, document, and transfer operational ownership to your team. We can also provide ongoing managed support if you don't have internal MAP operations capacity. Both models are available.
